The Clerk/Treasurer’s office keeps the official records of the City of Bicknell, manages city finances and payroll, maintains ordinances and council minutes, and handles utility billing questions and payments at City Hall.

Paying your bill
Water and sewer bills can be paid online any time through Invoice Cloud, or in person at City Hall.
Public records and meetings
City Council meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Agendas, minutes and ordinances are available through the Clerk/Treasurer’s office. See City Officials for the council roster.
